At a glance: Mr. Md. Tanbirul Islam (Fukar), was born on 2nd January in Ramgaoj at Lakshmipur District. His father late Md. Nurul Islam was former Naval Officer and mother Mrs. Rashida Begum, a housewife. He is the 2nd among his three brothers.


Education: Mr. Islam completed S S C from Athakara High School in Ramganj in the year 1984. He completed H S C ( in 1987 ) and B Com. from Govt. Titumir College, Dhaka( in 1990 ). Obtained his M Com degree in Management from Jagannath University College, Dhaka in the year 1992. He completed the LL B degree from Dhaka University. Currently he is studying LL M in UK.


Career: Mr. Md. Tanbirul Islam got himself enrolled as an Advocate under the Bangladesh Bar Council on May 2000. In the same year on August he joined the Dhaka Bar Association. He got membership in the Bangladesh Tax's Bar Association on 30th October 2001.

Social Work: Mr. Md. Tanbirul Islam is associated with many social, cultural & sports, organizations and helps them generously. He is a Member of the Greater Noakhali Samabai Samityt in Dhaka. He is the Executive-Member of the Lakshmipur Welfare Association and also Member of the Greater Noakhali Association in UK. Moreover he is a Member of the friends Lawyer's Association in Dhaka and NLF (Noakhali- Lakshmipur -Feni) Lawyers Association of Bangladesh. His door is always open for the self-less social workers.



Family Life: He has got married with Khaleda Akhter Sumi the first daughter of Mr. Nurul Amin Bhuiyan Salim of village Darbashpur, Ramganj under the Lakshmipur district in 22nd August, 2002.
