At a glance: Mr. Md. Helal Uddin Mollah, Deputy Attorney General for Bangladesh, was born on 1st November in Dattapara Union at Lakshmipur district. The names of his parents are Md. Hasib Ullah Mollah & Mosammat Mohoromer Nesa. They are no more today. He is the youngest of 6 brothers and sisters. 

Education: In 1974 he completed S.S.C. from Radhapur High School. In 1976 he completed H.S.C. from Dattapara College and got the B.A degree from that College in 1980. From Dhaka University he obtained his M.S.S. degree in political Science in 1982 and LLB Degree in 1983. 

Career: Mr. Helal Uddin Mollah got himself enrolled to Bangladesh Bar Council on 9th March, 1987. In same year he earned membership of Dhaka Bar Association. On 9th March, 1989 he was enlisted as an advocate at Dhaka Court and got membership in the High Court. He was a junior under advocate Moin-Ul-Haque. His experience as an Independent Lawyer is 14 tears 8 months in the Lower Court and 12 years 8 months in the High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court.

Social Work: Mr. Helal is associated with various kinds of social work. He has a lot of contribution for building mosque-madrasa and arranging marriagefor the poor girls. He was an active member of the Lion's Club of Dhaka Jahangir Nagar. He was elected a member of executive committee of Supreme Court Bar Association for the year 2001-2002. He has visited many countries including Japan, Thailand and Singapore. 

Family Life: His wife Mrs. Ayesha Helal is an efficient housewife. They have two daughters and one son. Their elder daughter Saiyada Farah Helal Saju is studying Physiology in Eden University College, Dhaka and younger daughter Saiyeda Sarah Helal Nazu is in Motijheel Model High School and College. She is in class nine. Their son Md. Tousif Uddin Mollah is an infant.
